Welcoming the New Year at The American Bar of the Hotel de Paris in Monte-Carlo!

A new beginning full of hope

Yesterday evening people from all nationalities converged in the famous Casino Square in Monte-Carlo, that had been turned into a colorful pine forest, joining revelers across the globe in celebrating the arrival of a New Year. We gathered with friends at the mythic American Bar at the Hotel de Paris, where a cool Band added to the festive atmosphere. At exactly 12:00 midnight fireworks lit up the Principality skies, and we all lifted our glasses in unison with wishes of hope for a bright new start. Happy New Year 2015!

A message from Dalai Lama

“Every day, think as you wake up, today I am fortunate to be alive, I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it. I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expand my heart out to others; to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. I am going to have kind thoughts towards others, I am not going to get angry or think badly about others. I am going to benefit others as much as I can.”
