The stage is set for the semifinals in Monte-Carlo with Nadal, Murray, Tsonga & Monfils

Will Nadal reconquer Monte-Carlo?

World No. 2 Andy Murray crashed the hopes of Canadian Milos Raonic in straight sets 6-2, 6-0, in just 66 minutes. The Scotsman was a changed man today, sharp and concentrated and with a positive attitude, giving a revamped performance compared to the lackluster one of the day before. He will face Spaniard Rafael Nadal (5) who defeated easily Swiss Stan Wawrinka also in straight sets 61, 6-4, and is on course for his 9th Monte-Carlo title.

Favorite Roger Federer was beaten by French Jo-Wilfried Tsonga 3-6, 6-2, 7-5. The Swiss took the first set playing flawlessly, but Tsonga won the next two securing his sixth career win against Federer and his second in their four contests on clay. Tsonga will play against compatriot Gael Monfils who edged out Lucky Looser Marcel Granollers 6-2, 6-4. There will be a French in the semis for sure, but who will it be?
