Let’s Dance! Maillot’s creative concept back this summer in the heart of Monaco

Second Edition of « F(ê)aites de la Danse » on the Casino Square in Monte-Carlo, July 8-9, 2023

Once again, the Ballets of Monte-Carlo, the Prince’s Government and Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer are joining forces to orchestrate an exceptional event, entirely dedicated to dance, where the public, artists and dancers will mingle throughout the legendary Casino Square and surrounding areas, transformed into a dance floor unique in the world.

The brainchild of Choreographer-Director of the Ballets de Monte-Carlo, Jean-Christophe Maillot, the concept “F(ê)aites de la Danse” has the ambition to make the spectators actors of the event and to make them dance freely and for free. The first edition came to fruition in 2017 and encouraged on its success, the event returns with a dazzling program, from July 8 at 18:00, until noon the next day.

Professional dances, amateurs and dance lovers on a giant stage

Nearly 250 artists will enter the dance, offering the public a live an unforgettable artistic experience. Dance marathon, Guinguette, giant bar, world dance initiation workshops, flash mob, choreographic performance, open-air disco, orchestras, ballroom dancing, inclusive dancing, Detox morning! and more, the perfect recipe for a great artistic and festive event.

In various places, around the Place du Casino, a popular and quality culinary offer, in the spirit of a great picnic, designed and coordinated by chef Philippe Joannes, Director of Culinary Events Monte-Carlo Catering SBM, will allow participants to savor delicacies at any time.
