Opening the catwalks on Thursday, May 18, was no other than Simone Guidarelli, Creative Director of Vanity Fair and Celebrity Stylist, who presented his exclusive collection inspired by his love of nature.

Next on the program was the Monegasque brand Beach & Cashmere Monaco by Federica Nardoni Spinetta inspired on the Grand Prix, with a collection dedicated to Formula 1. Ethically responsible, with the use of fallen stock and natural materials, a marriage of sustainability and contemporary glamour. Enhancing the outfits were the shoes of the Monegasque brand Von Lowenstein.

On Friday, May 18, the sophisticated glamour of well known Italian designer Laura Spreti opened the runway.,

Next was Velvet Pink Banana (VPB)established in 2022 by British twin sisters Alexandra & Hattie Hutchison, making their debut on the Monaco catwalk! Born from a personal desire for sustainable, couture-quality clothing, they have built an atelier housing opulent pieces made to be worn and loved for a lifetime. VPB has a modern couture aesthetic with playful feminine twists, quality sewn into every stitch. Sharp tailoring with unexpected details, smooth silhouettes and contemporary separates. The sisters’ ability to redefine femininity through joyful modern tailoring is a gift to a new generation of design lovers. Traditional craftsmanship. The highest quality materials are married with time-honoured tailoring techniques to create pieces to wear now and forever.

Then was the turn to designer Runa Ray working in collaboration with the Prince Albert II Foundation.

Brazilian Artist Marcos Marin and Diana Mara delighted the audience with their optical art flowing pieces.

Crisoni, by Andreas Allenbach, who recently opened a boutique in Monaco, unveiled their cruise collection as a celebration of joy and beauty, inviting us to slow down and reflect, letting life explode with vivid colors. Inspired fundamentally by two of nature’s most interesting creations, the Betta Fish and the Parrot Tulip.

The Betta Fish is a beautiful creature but one of fierce character, aggressively territorial to protect its ecosystem and its ability to survive in toxic environments. The same characteristics the designer sees in humanity, the Ying Yang dichotomy. In a stark contrast yet visually, remarkably similar, is the Parrot Tulip, an eccentric and frivolous delicate flower. The Crisoni Cruise collection is an invitation to a journey through our hearts and imagination to celebrate color, joy and sometimes heartache of this wonder called life.

The designer in charge of ending the shows at the Prince of Monaco’s Cars Collection Museum was the famous Collini Milano, with his glamorous and luxurious collection of daring pieces translating the latest trends into unique luxury and Italian savoir-faire.
